Structural form of mold quick connector

Mold joint (female) and mold nozzle (male), it has three structural forms:
1. The mold joint and mold water nozzle are closed type (the mold water nozzle must be of standard length), the mold joint and mold water nozzle are open type, the mold water nozzle is closed type, the mold joint and mold water nozzle are closed type:
A. When not connected-----the female head and the male head resist the tube channel under the action of their respective thimbles and springs, and the thimbles of the male and female heads are closed respectively, instantly blocking the flow of fluid.
When connecting ----- When the male head is inserted into the female head, the ejector pin returns to its original position under the action of the spring, and the steel ball rolls to lock the male head into a tight connection. At the same time, the ejector pins of the female head and the male head push each other to open, allowing fluid to flow, and the O-ring can completely block fluid leakage.
2. The mold joint and mold water nozzle are open
A. Not connected-----When the copper jacket of the female head is pushed to the other end, the steel ball automatically rolls outward, so the male head is removed; since there are no valves on the male head and the female head, the fluid flows out.
B. Connection - When the male connector is inserted into the female connector, the copper jacket is pushed to the previous position by the force of its spring, causing the steel balls to lock and the fluid to flow. The O-ring prevents the fluid from flowing out.
3. The mold water nozzle is open and the mold joint is closed.
A. When not connected - when the copper jacket of the female head moves to the other end, the stainless steel ball automatically rolls outward, the male head is bounced open by the reaction force of the valve spring, and the valve can automatically close to block the flow of fluid.
B. Connection - When the male connector is inserted into the female connector, the copper jacket is pushed to the previous position by the force of its spring, causing the steel balls to lock and the fluid to flow. The O-ring prevents the fluid from flowing out.
