Analysis of relevant properties and characteristics of quick connectors

A quick connector is a connector that can quickly connect or disconnect pipelines without using tools.
There are two structural forms of quick connectors: lifting-closed at both ends and open at both ends.
There is a one-way valve core in the inner cavity of the quick connector body. When the two joint bodies are separated, the one-way valve core is pushed by the spring, so that the valve core is pressed against the tapered hole of the joint body to close the passages at both ends, so that the medium cannot flow out. When the two joint bodies are connected, the top rod at the front end of the one-way valve core collides, forcing the valve core to retreat and compress the spring to open the passage.
The connection between the two joint bodies is to use 6 (or 8) steel balls on the joint body to fall into the V-shaped groove of the joint body. When working, the steel balls are pressed by the jacket and cannot exit. The jacket is held up by the spring and kept at the right end position.
